The Reducing Revocations Challenge is an initiative of Arnold Ventures and the CUNY Insitute for State and Local Governance (ISLG) in which Action Research Teams (ARTs) in up to 10 jurisdictions will receive funding for a 16-month period to 1) conduct in-depth research and data analysis on the drivers of probation failures and 2) identify policy and practice solutions based on the research findings. ISLG is serving as the research intermediary, overseeing the RFP process and managing ARTs as they carry out their research and policy work.
